iDelights began in 1986 as a small Greenwich Village pastry shop—just two brothers with a passion for pastry, two ovens and 2,000 square feet. From those modest roots, we’ve grown into the leading source of fresh-baked goods for the metropolitan area, with more than 230 employees and a 180,000 square foot, state-of-the art facility.


Yet we still serve every customer—from small catering companies to executive chefs at some of the world’s largest hotels—with the friendly, personalized service of that small pastry shop. It’s why many of our clients have stayed with us for more than 25 years.
